Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our studio in pristine condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
